Returns

You have the option to request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

1.Faulty Items: If the item you receive is faulty or malfunctions, please provide photo or video evidence of the issue within 30 days of receipt. Upon review, we will promptly issue a refund without requiring you to return the item.

2.Items Not as Described, Expected, or No Longer Needed: Should you wish to return an item that is not faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate the return process. Upon receiving the goods in their original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund. You have an additional 30 days to return the goods once you’ve notified us.

Please note that return fees are non-refundable in this scenario.

3.Sale Items: Your returns  rights for sale items as well as those for full-priced items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
